enlisted in Constable in June 1813 and lived in Bateman(?)NY in 1816 where his house burned. Married Lydia Ann Bunce (d. ca 1892)in Jan. 16, 1835 in Chatfield OH. He died Oct. 17, 1861 in Marion MN. Also lived in Laporte City IN in 1848, and she later lived in Olmstead City MN. She also got a pension for her son William A. of the Ind. MN Cavalry

He then married Elizabeth Wilcox Oct. 4, 1858 in Amboy IL. He d. Sep. 18, 1879 at Marble Hill MO, she d. ca 1881. Also lived in Rutland in Jefferson Co. NY, Washtenaw Co. MI and Bollinger Co. MO. Was sick with measles when captured at French's Mills in 1812. Got thrown off the British boat onto rocks and permanently injured his knee

Lived in Ft. Covington until 1821, then in Potsdam NY 1821-1828, Madrid NY 1828-1864, Malone 1864-1870, then Royalton VT.

born Sept. 27, 1783 in Bridgewater MA and married Julia (Lucy?)Cleveland (Aug.19, 1787-June 27, 1811), and then Eunice Bates (Nov. 24, 1795-Feb. 2, 1880) on January 30, 1820 at Ft. Covington. He died April 24, 1871 at Malone, NY. In the 1860 census of Malone, he and his wife were living with Azro (1821-1910), Fanny (1835) and Fred Conant (1845) along with 95 (?)yr old Lucy Bates, who was probably Eunice�s mother. Her father may have been David Bates of Dickinson.
