admin BRADLEY: – Joseph Bradley was a resident of Berne, Albany Co., N. Y., in 1791. His grandson, Philo, married Mercy Gardner, when both were but seventeen years of age. Their son, Joseph P. Bradley, became one of the most famous of American jurists.
